o Who is well reading and benefiting from all the pro magazines, newsletters and publications you receive? And if you are getting multiple copies could you reduce the amount by sharing? While you are at it, when was the last time you went through those stacks of publications and threw away the old ones?

o What savings would you incur if you raised the deductible on your health insurance? I have found that this can be met with some resistance from you employees, but in the long run benefits them and the organization.

o When was the last time you took a look at your Internet victualer and website expenses? If it has been a while, there are all sorts of saving opportunities available.
